Job Summary :

Job Specifications :

Essential Job Functions :

Work with and assist the Pastry Chef in preparing pastry items, including pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, mousses, custards, simple syrups, and jams, following established recipes and customer service standards.

Assist in producing desserts for special events, banquets, and amenities, including wedding cakes and creative pastry displays.

Communicate effectively with the Pastry Chef and Executive Chef regarding menu items and other issues in the kitchen.

Follow established recipes and plating guides.

Professionally conduct themselves at all times to reflect the high standards of Vail Resorts.

Job Requirements :

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $23.23. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
