Position Summary : We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time basis.
You will evaluate, plan, and deliver speech and language therapy services, work with families and caregivers, document progress, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
Key Responsibilities : Conduct assessments (receptive, expressive, pragmatic, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy (individual, group, teletherapy) Monitor and document client progress; prepare reports Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Consult with families, caregivers, schools Qualifications : Master’s or doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology, or equivalent Valid license or eligibility to be licensed in Washington State ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent certification preferred Experience working with pediatric populations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with evidence-based practices and standards Schedule & Hours : Approximately 10–25 hours / week , flexible scheduling depending on caseload and client needs.
