During the internship, you will get a preview of Foundations, Protiviti's innovative entry-level full-time career opportunity, which provides you with experiences and learning opportunities in business operations, consulting, data, relationship building, technology, and innovation. With each project, you receive hands-on training in a nurturing environment and interact with leaders across our practice. A network of advisors will help you navigate challenges and celebrate milestones.

Legal, Risk and Compliance interns develop knowledge in core business processes within the financial services, technology, and healthcare industries. Interns will work within internal control and risk frameworks, as well as regulator and compliance methodologies.

Legal, Risk and Compliance interns will help develop key deliverables, including process flows, work programs, reports, and control summaries. Interns will review transactions to provide process improvement recommendations and address legal, risk and compliance challenges as needed.

Legal, Risk and Compliance interns will work within various segments, including but not limited to financial crime and anti-money laundering, risk management, credit services, regulatory compliance and consumer protection, analytics, and legal consulting.

OUR HYBRID WORKPLACE

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments. Interns do not accrue company paid time off (Choice Time Off), and we expect that interns will be available to complete work in the designated location during business hours for the entire duration of the Internship.
