Senior Manager, Business Excellence

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Manager, Business Excellence, to elevate our Learning Operations across product lines. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives at the intersection of operational strategy, AI automation, and cross-functional execution. You'll drive transformation, champion scalable solutions, and shape the future of learning experiences for our customers and teams.

This is a remote position with a preferred location of San Francisco, CA.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 6+ years in business excellence or operational leadership roles, including 2+ years of people management experience
  • Proven success in process improvement, project coordination, and AI automation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in the learning and development industry is a plus
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus

    Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $143,000 and $231,220. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
