Network Engineer - M&A Focus

A company is looking for a Network Engineer with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead network integration and migration projects for mergers and acquisitions, developing scalable and fault-tolerant network architectures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute network deployments and manage hardware procurement while minimizing downtime

Ensure compliance with security standards by implementing security measures during M&A activities and maintaining detailed network documentation

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, particularly with M&A network integration projects

Strong knowledge of network design principles and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), along with firewall administration experience

Proven ability in complex troubleshooting and project management

Professional certification such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent is required

Experience with network automation / scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible) is a plus
