As Elementum’s Solution Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping some of the world’s largest enterprises unlock speed, efficiency, and scalability through AI-driven workflow automation. Success in this role means :
- Designing and delivering transformational workflow automation solutions that solve complex business challenges at Fortune 500 scale.
- Driving new use cases from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable efficiency gains and real ROI for customers.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping digital roadmaps and showing how Elementum’s platform can reimagine how work gets done.
How You’ll Do It
Lead solution design end-to-end : gather requirements, run design workshops, define architectures, and oversee implementation.Translate business needs into technical solutions by mapping workflows, data requirements, and system integrations (with a strong focus on cloud-native platforms like Snowflake).Document and communicate your designs, clear specifications, modeling approaches, data flows, and assumptions.Provide technical oversight during projects to ensure delivery stays aligned with both business objectives and platform best practices.Collaborate directly with customers, executives, and Elementum’s product teams to iterate, pivot, and continuously improve solutions.Build and showcase prototypes, demonstrating solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.About You
5+ years in enterprise systems integration, engineering, or consulting, with hands-on experience implementing workflow automation or process management platforms (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, JD Edwards, etc.).Deep understanding of cloud and data platforms (Snowflake in particular), plus comfort with SQL and database concepts.Proven ability to work with Fortune 500 or large enterprise customers, building solutions that span multiple functions such as supply chain, finance, or operations.Strong facilitator with excellent communication and presentation skills, you can run design thinking workshops one day and present to C-level execs the next.Practical background in process improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.) and a mindset for driving measurable efficiency.Entrepreneurial and self-starting : you thrive in ambiguity, challenge the status quo, and deliver innovative solutions at pace.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Seniority level : Mid-Senior level
