EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the IT Support Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Mo for the 2025 summer.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist users with basic connectivity issues with devices, monitors, printers, etc.

Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities

Travel to and provide support for local Corporate locations

Collaborate with coworkers and other departments to research problems and find solutions

Assist Implementation team as needed with onboarding new employees

Set up devices for upcoming projects by installing needed software

Interact with infrastructure, networking and logistics teams as needed for projects and troubleshooting

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

What You're Working With :

Basic knowledge of both Mac and Windows, mobile devices and other tech products

Detail oriented with ability to keep detailed notes

Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

Good problem solving, analytical, and team working skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer oriented, empathetic and cool tempered

Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and follow through
