Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) Needed ($32.20-34.03/hr)

Workforce1 Healthcare Career Center is partnering with top NYC healthcare providers to connect qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to an immediate opening for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Manhattan.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, perform wound care and dressings, administer medications, supervise CNAs, communicate changes in patient behavior or health status to family members and document and report patient status to RN.

Minimum Requirements:

• NYS LPN License and Registration (must not expire within 5 months)
• LPN Diploma
• Social Security Card
• One government-issued photo ID (NY State ID, passport, green card, driver’s license, or work authorization card)
• High School Diploma or GED

Up-to-date physical (within the last year), including:

• PPD within the last year or chest X-ray (if PPD positive within the last 2 years)
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella titers
• Two professional reference letters
• Flu shot recommended (mask required if not vaccinated)
• BLS Certification by American Heart Association.
