Northrop Grumman is seeking a Project Manager. This position will report directly to the Manager of Security. This position will be based out of Chandler, AZ or Redondo Beach, CA with the requirement to be onsite at one of these locations. This is not a remote position. This Project Manager role will enable success of an enterprise-wide, and industry leading physical security program. The selected candidate will join Enterprise Security Services as an individual contributor with goals that include shaping the assigned programs future, achieving customer approval, ensuring compliance to established requirements, maintaining continuity of operations, providing customer support, and leading overall growth of the program. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in maintaining detailed documentation, cross-functional and customer communication. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning and presentation skills are also required.

Responsibilities include :

• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of physical security projects and serve as a liaison between the technical team and stakeholders
• Review status of projects and budgets, lead the applications Change Control Board, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives outlined in a Service Level Agreement
