At PND Engineers, Inc., were growing our water and wastewater practice and seeking an experienced civil engineer based in our main Anchorage, Alaska, office whos ready to bring their expertise to both urban and rural projects across Alaska and the U.S. This is more than a support roleyoull step into an established backlog of active projects and have a clear path to help shape a practice area with a variety of design and design-build projects that are central to private and public clients.

• Youll work with limited oversight, designing and delivering water and wastewater utilities, treatment facilities, and distribution / collection systems for both large communities and remote villages.
• Youll assist in marketing the services of the water and wastewater sector as well as other company service lines.
• Youll work on projects that matterproviding safe, reliable water and wastewater infrastructure where its needed most.
• Youll join a multidisciplinary firm with a reputation for solving engineering challenges in some of the most demanding environments.
• Youll apply your project management know-how, including leading design teams; developing scopes, schedules and budgets; and communicating with clients.
• Youll coordinate directly with government agencies and stakeholders, ensuring each project meets regulatory and community needs.
• Youll have the chance to travel : from rural Alaska villages to occasional Hawaii and Lower 48 project sites.
