Position Title : Accounts Payable Manager
Location : Glendale, AZ - Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (some flexibility with scheduling after training)
Type : Contract-to-Hire
Salary range is $85,000 to $95,000 annually. Higher compensation may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates. Bonus potential of 10% available after conversion. Compensation is dependent on experience.
We’re seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Manager to lead our client's AP operations with precision and efficiency. This is a full-time, onsite role with the goal to transition into a permanent position. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AP processes, leadership experience, and a proactive mindset to drive improvements and ensure compliance.

What You’ll Do :
Manage 1099 Reporting : Oversee accurate and timely reporting for independent contractor payments.
Drive Process Improvements : Identify inefficiencies and implement automation to enhance AP workflows.
Reconcile Vendor Accounts : Maintain up-to-date records and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
Ensure Accurate Payments : Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
Utilize Concur : Handle expense reports and invoice processing using Concur software.
What You Bring :
Industry Experience : Background in manufacturing and familiarity with its AP nuances.
Global Perspective : Experience managing multi-currency transactions.
Tech Savvy : Hands-on experience with ERP systems

Ask questions and seek clarity when needed.
Demonstrate reliability and long-term commitment.
Qualifications :
Minimum 7 years in AP management
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associates with equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
