CTG is seeking a UX Researcher for our client in Morrisville, NC
Duration : 12+ months, with possibility for extension
Responsibilities :
Conduct end-to-end user research for hardware, software, AI, and AR / VR products.
Discover user behavior, needs, and motivations to inform product design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using tools like STATA or SPSS.
Communicate research findings clearly to stakeholders and teams.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s with 7+ years experience, Master’s with 5+, or PhD with 2+ years in UX Research, Human Factors, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, or related fields.
Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Portfolio demonstrating research breadth and actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Local to Raleigh / Durham, NC and able to work onsite in Morrisville 3 days / week.
Preferred :
Experience with survey design, statistical analysis, and UX research tools (UserZoom, Dovetail, etc.).
Background in technology or startup environments.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
