Position: Employment Partner

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Partner/Attorney to join our team. This key position requires a professional with a strong background in managing various employment-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing representation and advice to employers on an array of employment issues including employment litigation, employee policies, and training.
• Creation and management of employment contracts and agreements.
• Providing day-to-day employment counseling, ensuring wage and hour compliance, and managing leave administration.
• Conducting litigation in both state and federal courts with a high degree of proficiency.

Preferred Additional Experience:

• Experience in employment class action and wage and hour collective/class actions.
• Experience conducting internal and governmental investigations.
• Experience in employee benefits litigation and labor relations.
