Job descriptionMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Paid Time Off / Sick Leave Holiday Pay Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours) Maintain and run Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine (VFFS) 50% of time Operate automatic and manual manufacturing and dry chemical process equipment Perform inline and finished goods quality control checks Print and apply lot control manufacturing labels to liquid products Handle raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate documentation of lot numbers and quantities Mix compound ingredients for powder products Perform general maintenance on equipment such as filter presses and tablet compression machines Follow ISO guidelines and maintain detailed production records Ensure safety and cleanliness in all production areas 2-5 years of experience operating VFFS machines or similar equipment (CNC, etc.) Chemical manufacturing or mechanical background preferred Experience with OSHA compliance and ISO standards Ability to perform line change-overs accurately and timely Forklift experience Must be a self-starter with strong communication skills and ability to multitask Must pass drug screen and background check Must be able to wear a respirator (FIT test required) Ability to climb ladders and lift at least 50 lbs
