Travel CT Technologist - $2,814 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty : CT Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 10 / 20 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 35 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, evenings Employment Type : Travel Job Title : CT Tech Location : Salt Lake City, UT Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Seven on Seven off, Graveyard position working seven 10-hour days in a row followed by seven days off. Job Description : Performs high-quality CT scans using ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes. Applies independent judgment and knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy. Ensures patient safety and follows radiation safety protocols. Key Responsibilities : Verify patient ID and exam orders; prepare patients for scans. Perform CT exams per protocol and within expected timeframes. Administer oral or IV contrast under supervision. Follow ALARA principles and infection control standards. Operate CT equipment and imaging systems efficiently. Provide patient education and maintain comfort. Document all procedures accurately, including imaging and contrast use. Report equipment issues and maintain quality control standards. Required Skills & Experience : 1 year of CT experience. IV certification within 3 months post-hire (if applicable). Controlled substance and sedation training within 6 months (if applicable). Physical ability to lift, stand, and perform imaging tasks. Certifications & Licensure : Required : ARRT registered, state license (if applicable), BLS certification. Preferred : ARRT CT certification. Note : “We are an equal opportunity employer.
