Payroll Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Global Payroll Analyst to provide technical support for payroll and time & attendance systems during a maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve first-tier technical issues in UKG Pro and Kronos systems

Perform system configuration based on identified issues

Support year-end payroll processing, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely execution

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in payroll systems or HR technology

Strong familiarity with UKG Pro and Kronos; SAP experience is a plus

Manufacturing experience is highly preferred

Experience working in organizations with 5,000+ employees

Bachelor's degree not required; relevant experience accepted
