As manager in our Southampton clinic, you would lead the way to an amazing experience for members and guests along with building a high-achieving team. We are looking for a born leader who can motivate, coach, and inspire the team, and a problem solver who can think on their feet and resolve conflict.

Qualifications / Skills :

Commission-based Sales experience (preferred)

Customer Service experience (preferred)

Customer Retention skills

Leadership qualities that allow you to leave a team of sales associates and service providers

Communication skills - you will be expected to communicate regularly with both your staff and your regional director about how the clinic is performing
