What You'll DoFinancial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and analyze accurate, timely financial statements in full compliance with US GAAP.Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring deadlines are met and numbers are right.Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership based on financial data.Process Management & Improvement
Identify gaps and improve accounting processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.Leverage accounting software and ERP systems to streamline workflows and support automation.Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial regulations.Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist with developing and managing budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.Monitor performance against budgets and provide data-driven recommendations.Client Interaction & Partnership
Work directly with clients to manage financial operations, resolve complex issues, and deliver strategic insights.Collaborate with the tax team to align financial reporting with tax planning strategies.Team Leadership
Support, mentor, and guide junior accounting staff, setting clear expectations and helping them grow.Lead by example, promoting collaboration, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred but not required).5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong exposure to financial reporting and compliance.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Expertise in US GAAP, Excel, and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).Excellent communication and leadership skills-you can explain complex information clearly.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset-you don't wait for problems; you prevent them.Success in This Role Looks Like
