• Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse\n
• Unit : Intensive Care Unit (ICU)\n
• Start Date : November 17, 2025\n
• End Date : February 15, 2026\n
• Duration : 13-week contract\n
• Shift : 12-hour nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)\n
• Hours per Week : 36\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay : $1680 - $1800\n\nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active and valid California RN license required\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience in a hospital or acute care setting\n
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)\n
• NIHSS certification\n
• PALS certification (required within 30 days of hire if caring for pediatric patients)\n
• BSN preferred; RN-C certification within 2 years of hire preferred\n
• Ability to float to other units within scope, including Emergency Department (ED), Telemetry, and Med / Surg\n\nICU RN Responsibilities\n
• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process : assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation\n
• Provide direct clinical care to critically ill patients in the ICU\n
• Float to ER, Telemetry, and Med / Surg units as needed\n
• Educate and support patients and their families\n
• Supervise and guide other nursing staff\n
• Maintain standards of care, ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality\n
• Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams regarding patient status, hemodynamic monitoring, and treatment plans\n
