JOB | Pharmacy Technician- Fire Department

PAY | $22-$24 hour- DOE

LOCATION | Alhambra, CA

SCHEDULE | Schedule: Full-Time, Shift Varies, Monday - Friday - Day Shift

Rx Relief is a leader in Pharmacy recruiting and is looking for a Pharmacy Technician- Fire Department to join our team in Alhambra.

Rx Relief is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for the Alhambra Fire Department, offering $22–$24/hour for a full-time, Monday–Friday day shift. This unique office-based role involves inventory management, vendor coordination, and working with Pyxis machines. Applicants need an active California license and one year of experience; Pyxis or Omnicell familiarity is a plus. The position includes full medical benefits, 401k matching, and malpractice reimbursement. Background, drug, and health screenings are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES | Outpatient Pharmacy Technician

• Office job in the Main Office of the Fire Department
• Calling vendors
• Ordering inventory for Fire Department
• Learn/Work with PYXIS machine (medication storage machine)

JOB REQUIREMENTS | Outpatient Pharmacy Technician

• An active California Pharmacy Technician is required
• 1 year of Pharmacy experience
• Pyxis and Omnicell are preferred but not required

RX RELIEF HIRING REQUIREMENTS :

• Must be 18+ years old
• Background and Drug Screening required
• Health Screening required
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
