Employment Type : Full-Time | Outpatient / Retail | FQHC Setting

Schedule :

MondayThursday : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Friday : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM

Closed Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays

1-Hour Daily Lunch Break (12 : 00 PM 1 : 00 PM)

About the Opportunity :

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) pharmacy in either Kokomo or Marion, Indiana . The selected candidate will choose their preferred location upon hire. This is a full-time, weekday-only roleideal for a licensed pharmacist looking for stability, leadership responsibilities, and community impact.

What You'll Be Doing :

Supervise pharmacy operations including staffing, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations

Accurately review and fill prescriptions in collaboration with healthcare teams

Ensure compliance with inventory control standards, including proper handling of controlled substances

Maintain documentation for medication inventory, insurance billing, controlled substances, and patient records

Oversee physical presentation of the pharmacy and manage patient concerns in a professional manner

Support the growth of pharmacy services, including assisting with new store launches and telepharmacy initiatives

Partner with executive leadership to review department goals, performance metrics, and team development

Required Credentials & Experience :

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited institution

Current Indiana Pharmacist License (active and in good standing)

Immunization Certification required

3+ years of pharmacy management experience strongly preferred

Experience in community health or managing a 340B program is a plus
