Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Development Program

This is a two-year rotational program designed to grow future leaders through hands-on experience, mentorship, and stretch assignments across multiple functions. Your first year will be based in our Dayton, Ohio facility, giving you a strong foundation in our operations. In your second year, you'll rotate to one of our other ATG locations, listed below, to broaden your experience and skill set. Throughout the program, participants gain an in-depth understanding of ATG's products, markets, operations, and customers-setting you up for long-term success and leadership opportunities within the organization.

Program Structure
While in the two-year program, participants will move through four roles in at least two locations. Our goal is to provide participants with an opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day operations of the position, work on projects that are value add, and develop relationships with peers and leadership at the site. Assignments are established based on prior experience, education, participant preference, and business need. Possible assignments include roles in :

The Toolbox (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field Must have 3.0 GPA at the time of graduation Ability to be mobile during the program Ability to work in person as required by program rotations Well-rounded business acumen Previous leadership experience in an academic, athletic, or work setting Previous internship experience in a Supply Chain, Operations, or Analytics role
