Fremont Endoscopy Center has an opening for a full-time Nurse Manager-Endoscopy.
At Fremont Endoscopy Center, we offer our patients complete care of the digestive system. This includes everything from the evaluation to treatment, including endoscopy procedures.
What You will Do (Job Summary)
The Nurse Manager-Endoscopy is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the center mission, vision, and facility goals. The Manager identifies the cost-effective systems needed to support the business of the department taking into account business trends, resource availability and changes in customers. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. The Manager identifies and remedies variances through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement. The Nurse Manager-Endoscopy works with leadership in meeting facility goals. The Nurse Manager-Endoscopy oversees all clinical aspects of Endoscopy procedures, including Pre-op / PACU / PAT, endoscopic procedures, and assists where necessary.

Pay Range is $128,856 - $161,075 annually, depending on experience
