Day Services DSP / In-Home Caregiver

Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling adventure as a Direct Support Professional in our vibrant Day Program? With convenient locations in White Bear Lake and Oakdale, this DSP position will allow you to shine as a caregiver! Picture yourself making a meaningful impact while earning a fantastic $18.50 per hour.

Our Full-Time DSPs work 33 hours per week (8AM-3PM Mon-Fri). $18.50 hourly with full benefits.

If you are interested in working 40 hours per week, we also now offer additional work opportunities as an In-Home Caregiver / IHS Professional in various locations and schedules around the Twin Cities. Pay is $20 hourly and requires your own vehicle and clean driving record.

Serve as a One-on-One Caregiver in the Client's Home or Out in the Community. Here are some current opportunities :

• Falcon Heights : 6 hours (10-1pm Wed, Fri).
• Saint Paul : 4-6 hours per week, over two weekdays during the day. Skilled in de-escalation and managing behaviors preferred.
• Minneapolis : Sat. 10am-2pm.
• Minneapolis : two 2-hour shifts on weekdays 10am-12pm.
• Edina : 6 hours per week, Mon & Fri.
• Hugo : 8 hours on weekdays (Mon, Fri).
• South St. Paul : 7 hours per week (1 : 30-5 : 00pm Mon, Tues).

Work 33 hours weekly as a DSP in our Day Program, and supplement your hours as an IHS Professional, working one-on-one with clients in the community.
