• Monday- Friday Outpatient then Hospital Call
• BMT or Hem?- Hem
• %HemOnc vs. Medical Onc- Approx. 30%
• EPIC for documentation
• How is time split between new consults and follow ups (consults are 60 min. follow ups are 30 min) 4 new consults per day
• Who admits new patients? Oncologist
• If on call for the hospital, is the locum required to be on call for clinic only or are they responsible for ER calls? Also responsible for ER Call.
• What % of call is Hem vs. Onc? Approx 25%
• What types of patients would the locum be required to see? Hematology and oncology
• What does call look like in a week and weekend? Phone calls only? Hospital based? Phone calls and Hospital

License requirement : Licensed in WA or IMLC
