Overview
Manage, oversee and coordinate video and / or stage production, programs and activities in assigned department; prepare, determine and recommend the assigned budget for media resources equipment, materials, supplies and staffing needs; establish contact with vendors and performers; ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures and perform the most technical and complex tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in communications, journalism, media arts or a related field; and four (4) years of professional video production or stage management experience; and to include two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience.
Additional requirements
- Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License or the ability to obtain within ninety (90) days from date of hire.
- Possession of a City Operator's Permit (COP) within 6 months from date of hire.
- May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
