We are a prestigious boutique injury and wrongful death firm that has distinguished itself as one of the top injury law firms in the country.  The firm is located in the Northside of Chicago and serves clients throughout the state.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our law firm. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for the following duties :

  • Thorough evaluations of personal injury cases, including reviewing medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents.
  • Interview clients to gather necessary information and assess the strength of their claims.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining their rights and legal options.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Propound and respond to discovery.
  • Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
  • Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case.
  • Prepare and present persuasive arguments in court to advocate for clients during trials, hearings, and settlement conferences.
  • Collaborate with experts, such as medical professionals, accident reconstruction specialists, and economists, to build strong cases.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files, including all relevant documents, correspondence, and evidence.
  • Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases and promptly respond to their inquiries.

Qualifications for the position :

  • In good standing with Illinois bar.
  • 3-7 years of PI litigation.
  • Must be proactive and understand how to aggressively litigate throughout the lifeline of a case.
  • Must be ready and eager for trial work.
  • Team oriented.
  • Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Candidates must have excellent research skill and oral and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual not required but a plus.
