Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are recruiting for a Senior Full Stack Engineer. Our client’s AI-powered platform delivers dynamic learning experiences through avatars, intelligent workflows, and next-gen personalization. The company is scaling fast and needs exceptional talent to help lead the way in the space. Location : Fully Remote (Pacific or Central Time Zone preferred) with quarterly team meetups.

Compensation : $130,000-135,000 + 10% target bonus and possibility for equity.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of secure, scalable APIs and microservices, robust front ends that support intelligent content delivery, and build integrations that connect with customer platforms and endpoints.
• Build and scale the company’s creator-centric platform for video, interactive AI agents, and multi-step learning experiences.
• Deliver clean, high-performance Next.js (React) and Python / Django code with a focus on usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Design data pipelines for AI-driven workflows and interface with technologies for real-time collaboration (liveblocks, CMS).
• Architect secure, scalable APIs and microservices.
• Develop tools for creators and builders, including editor components, real-time collaboration, timeline interactions, multimodal content generation, and AI-assisted creation workflows.
• Collaborate with a growing in-house team (CTO, Director of Platform Engineering, AI Engineer) and offshore developers to coordinate workstreams and ensure consistent quality across time zones.
• Serve as a mentor to the in-house team as the team expands.
