Job description

Core Responsibilities

Develop CNC programs using NX CAM software for various machining equipment, including lathes and multi-axis milling machines.
Create, verify, and optimize machining strategies to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Select appropriate tooling and assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and machining challenges.
Monitor production operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to specifications.
Work with a wide range of metal materials, including high-strength alloys and stainless steels.
Operate and program machines equipped with advanced control systems and multi-axis capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or precision machining environment.

Proficiency in NX CAM is a must.

Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and toolpath optimization.

Experience with CAM verification software (training available for candidates proficient in other systems).

Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.

Proven ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to collect and analyze cost and process data for estimating purposes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with 3D CAD modeling tools such as SolidWorks is a plus.
