Your Day at Lowe's

Welcome customers, help them locate and handle merchandise, and provide friendly, professional service. You will also manage product displays, process orders and deliveries, and cross-train in other store areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down-stock merchandise by replenishing empty areas on shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Not required for regular travel; occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or support of neighboring stores.

Working Conditions

Work in indoor or outdoor conditions, with exposure to varying climates. Tasks may include lifting (single lifts limited to 75 lbs; team lifts used minimally). Powered equipment and proper training may be required.
