Job descriptionBilingual (English / Spanish) High School Diploma or equivalent At least two years of construction industry experience preferred Previous warehouse, sales and customer service experience Outstanding customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation Have, or quickly develop, a comprehensive knowledge of product lines Able to work in a fast paced, highly accurate and customer focused position with high attention to detail and speed Know basic computer processes (use of Microsoft Word and Excel) Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems Strong organizational and time management skills Building supply knowledge preferred QPS offers healthcare insurance through American Workforce after 4 weeks on assignment and paid holidays after 960 worked hours

Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Rep Responsibilities :
- Palletize product in the warehouse
- Operate forklift to load trucks
- Assist customers with questions regarding product availability, specifications and pricing, both in person, and over the phone
- Enter customer orders and quotes into our operating system
- Manage new inquiries
- Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments within the company and our products and services
- Process sales orders generated at the sales counter
