Radiology X-Ray Technician Job Details

Location : Glens Falls, NY (Zip : 12801) – New York healthcare jobs

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (December 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026)

Shift : 8-hour evening shifts, Monday–Friday, 3 : 00 PM–11 : 00 PM

Hours per Week : 37.5 guaranteed

Weekend Rotation : Every 4th weekend

Setting : Large hospital, 400 beds

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1920–$2060

Radiology Technician Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Radiology X-Ray Technician

Current BLS certification

Active NYSDOH License (ARRT) – New York radiology jobs

De-Escalation training (Welle, CPI, PMC S, or NAPPI)

Flu vaccination required (religious / medical documentation accepted)

Radiology X-Ray Technician Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic X-Ray procedures as directed by physicians

Operate GE imaging equipment and utilize EPIC charting system

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care

Maintain strict safety standards and infection control protocols

Participate in weekend rotations and adapt to flexible shift schedules
