A client of TEKsystems is seeking a talented individual with a strong background in IT, preferably with knowledge of data analysis and visualization to join our team as a Data Literacy Instructional Designer. This role will be responsible for developing engaging learning content focused on data literacy, including the development of instructor-led and on-demand learning resources, interactive learning experiences, and skill-based community events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for empowering others with data skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop high-quality learning content for data literacy, including video tutorials, interactive materials, and written guides.

Develop interactive courses and learning materials using Articulate and Vyond software for the organization's learning management system.

Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, both internal (e.g., enterprise technology group) and external, to understand their data-related needs and create tailored learning solutions.

Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in areas like data literacy, machine learning, and data analytics to effectively support the team's work.

Exhibit a 'go-getter' attitude, being willing to ask questions, and continuously learning to stay up-to-date with the evolving data-driven initiatives.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively explain complex data-related topics and support the team's career development and learning.

Participate in the needs analysis, design and development of training modules.

Storyboarding, authoring, and development of e-learning content and blended learning solutions.

Design, develop and provide production / editing services for audio, photographic, video, and print media assets.

Develop course-specific job aids and performance support materials.

Work proactively with subject matter experts / L&D Leads on training development needs and gain the confidence of management by demonstrating professionalism and training expertise in a dynamic, changing environment.

Proactively and continuously focus on self-education and development and implementing best practices in training and development through webinars, seminars, and organizations.

Skills :

Instructional design, articulate, training design, training materials, content development, data analysis, Vyond, data literacy, visualization.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

Looking for someone that comes from a data / data analytics work history and has created content for data related trainings.

Experience Level : Intermediate Level

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
