Actify Home Care is a clinician-owned agency led by a Physical Therapist with 20+ years of experience. We are growing and looking for dependable, professional caregivers (CNAs and HHAs) to join our team in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Requirements:

• Valid Florida CNA License or HHA Certificate.

• Level 2 Background Screening (AHCA).

• Current CPR Certification.

• Health Physical and PPD/Chest X-ray.

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

• Professional Liability Insurance (If needed, we can help you get it at low cost).

• Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) is a plus!
  

Responsibilities:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming (ADLs).

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.

• Medication reminders and help with walking/transfers.

• Providing safe and compassionate companionship.
  

Position Details:

• Status: 1099 Independent Contractor.

• Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour.

• Schedule: Day, evening, and weekend shifts available.
