The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that drive transformation and continuous improvement throughout our Pepperidge Farm bakery manufacturing plant. This role oversees capital and operational projects across multiple departments, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Manager works closely with internal teams and external contractors to align resources, minimize disruption to operations, and achieve project goals that enhance safety, quality, capacity, and efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits :

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $74,100-$106,500. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
