Gastroenterology Opportunity near ROCKY MOUNT, NC

Job Overview :

A rewarding opportunity awaits a Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join an established gastroenterology practice near ROCKY MOUNT, NC. MDs and DOs are encouraged to apply, and the organization welcomes J-1 or H-1B visa candidates. Candidate Requirements :

The organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join their well-established gastroenterology practice. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and provide exceptional patient care.

  • Established practice with 1 experienced gastroenterologist and 2 Advanced Practice Providers, ensuring a supportive team environment.
  • Performing procedures encompassing general GI and advanced endoscopy cases (ERCP preferred - EUS optional).
  • Experienced Advanced Practice Providers managing outpatient clinic flow efficiently.
  • Access to a dedicated endoscopy suite, equipped with modern facilities for optimal patient care.
  • Inpatient support provided by an experienced hospitalist team; the GI team is consult-only, with no direct admitting responsibilities.
  • Call commitment of 10 days per month, with no weekend or holiday call.
  • Teaching opportunities available for medical students, residents, and GI fellows in collaboration with a nearby Medicine institution in NC.
