Join a growing precision manufacturing team in Elk River, MN! We’re seeking an experienced Swiss Setup Operator / Programmer to operate Swiss-type CNC machines in a fast-paced, clean, and innovative environment. This is a great opportunity for skilled operators who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company that values precision and quality.

Location :  Elk River, MN

Wage :  $18 – $28 / hr. (based on experience and skill level)

Hours :

  • Day shift :  6 : 00 am – 6 : 30 pm, Friday – Sunday
  • Night shift :  5 : 30 pm – 6 : 00 am, Friday – Sunday

(Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!)

    • Duties of the Swiss setup operator weekend :

  • Set up and operate Swiss-type CNC machines (Star, Tsugami, or Citizen)
  • Program machines and make adjustments as needed to meet production requirements
  • Monitor operations to ensure high-quality parts
  • Utilize precision measurement tools to verify part specifications
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

    • Requirements of the Swiss setup operator weekend :

  • Experience on Swiss CNC machines required (Star, Tsugami, or Citizen)
  • Programming experience preferred (PartMaker or Gibbs a plus)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and motivated to learn and grow
