About The Position

- Monday - Thursday split between clinic and inpatient rounds, Friday hybrid
- 10 clinic patients per half day, 2 consults per half day
- 24-hour VAD call 7 consecutive days one to two weeks per month
- Adult heart failure practice 100% focus
- VAD patient management with average daily census of 1
- Advanced heart failure fellowship training required
- Experience with VAD patients required
- Advanced heart failure board certification preferred
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
