Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market visits to assess listings and gather actionable insights for strategic planning.
  • Execute cold outreach to potential hosts and develop effective sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and improve outreach efforts.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and experiment with new strategies to drive results.

Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or operations, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or similar industries.
  • Background in customer success or community engagement.
  • Familiarity with developing sales strategies for multi-sided marketplaces.
