Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel / contract opportunity at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in Fresno, California. Active SLP license in the state of California (required)

Prior SNF experience preferred

Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently

Excellent communication and documentation abilities
