JOB SUMMARY :
Supervisors in the FCCP program are responsible for the management of care and case coordination of FCCP clients and their families. Provides comprehensive clinical supervision in keeping with CCAP mission and values of the social work / counseling professions. The Clinical supervisor works under the direction of the VP of Family Development.

Has unrestricted access to FCCP client records. Must follow State and Federal Laws of confidentiality of Records and must follow CCAP policies and procedures for the creation, protection, retention, release, and disposal of client records.
PHYSICAL EFFORT / ENVIRONMENT :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and to talk to hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands, fingers, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 15 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The environment includes a clinical business office environment and home, school, and community visits. This position may include potential exposure to blood borne pathogens, respiratory diseases and other infectious diseases, and other biohazardous material requiring universal standard precautions. Transportation to home, school and community visits is required as is a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
