The Role
As Reach’s Head of Partner Acquisition, you’ll lead the sourcing and development of our global partner ecosystem—from white-label MoR providers and embedded PSPs to subscription platforms, commerce ecosystems, and agency / technology partners. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you’ll design and scale the outbound motions, commercial models, and deal frameworks that drive new partner acquisition and long-term revenue growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll open new markets, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, and build the foundation for how Reach expands globally through strategic partnerships.

What You'll Do
- Build and manage the partner acquisition pipeline across white-label MoR providers, embedded PSPs, subscription platforms, agencies, and ecosystem partners.
- Lead the full deal cycle — sourcing, pitching, commercial modeling, negotiation, and internal alignment.
- Develop scalable BD playbooks for outreach, pitch narratives, pricing structures, and ROI frameworks.
- Partner with Product and Solutions Engineering to scope integrations and confirm technical feasibility.
- Expand Reach’s partner footprint across global markets through ecosystem-led strategies.
- Ensure a seamless handoff to Partner Success with clear expectations, integration plans, and revenue targets.
What You Bring
8–12+ years in strategic partnerships, BD, enterprise sales, or payments infrastructure roles.Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals (often in large GMV ecosystems).Deep understanding of payments, MoR structures, compliance, and platform models.Strong negotiator and communicator with high executive presence.A builder’s mindset—comfortable creating processes, frameworks, and motions from 0→1.Benefits
