Part-Time Item Processing CSR - Evening Shift (In Office) Location : Middlebury, VT or Kentwood, MI Schedule : Monday-Friday, 5 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM ET Pay : $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Job Type : Part-time, In-Person

About the Role : We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Item Processing Customer Service Representative to join our evening shift operations team. This is a part-time, in-office position supporting check processing activities for credit unions using our CheckLogic product suite.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor incoming and outgoing check image files for accuracy and successful processing
  • Reprocess any failed file uploads manually
  • Investigate image-related issues and notify credit unions of discrepancies
  • Document and manage support issues using our ticketing system
  • Assist with balancing and technical troubleshooting
  • Work independently to meet nightly deadlines and contribute to overall team success

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Prior experience in item processing at a financial institution (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential financial data with discretion
  • Comfortable working independently after standard business hours

    • Training : Initial training is provided during daytime business hours (approx. 2-4 weeks) to ensure a successful onboarding experience before moving to the evening shift.
