Job descriptionMust possess a high school diploma or equivalent Prefer prior experience in security and maintenance Must have a Satisfactory Driving record Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test Must have access to reliable transportation
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot
- Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
- Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
- Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property
- Provide assistance to residents, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintains / follows knowledge of safety issues
- Reports unsafe working situations to appropriate authorities
- Ability to perform maintenance work
- Strives to meet service standards in all circumstances.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
WAGE RANGE : $17.00 and $18.00.
