Location : Hybrid - Northern California
Role Purpose : This hybrid position (in office at least 1 day per week with additional days aligning with client office culture) serves as an Operations / Training Analyst with specialized focus on training development and delivery. The position is responsible for developing and providing comprehensive training (virtual and in-person), process guides, communications, and data management across the Corrigo Platform, including Corrigo Enterprise, Customer Portal, and Corrigo Pro for JLL and client employees.
This position provides operational and technical administration of Corrigo, the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including account-level reporting, system updates, and time-sensitive support to assigned client account. Key responsibilities include supporting alignment of operational processes, account / client initiatives, product enhancements, work order scheduling, managing implementation of required changes, and ensuring system / data integrity.
What this job involves :
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, materials, and resources for Corrigo, including process guides, documentation, quick reference guides, and instructional videos
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions with travel requirements to various client locations
- Maintain training schedules, communicate updates to stakeholders, and provide post-training support including session summaries and follow-up communications
- Ensure all training materials remain current by monitoring Corrigo system enhancements and integrating account-specific business processes to minimize operational risk
- Support adoption of programs and implementation of new technology / best practices in support of JLL workstreams and products
- Responsible for system and user process documentation; developing and maintaining client or account specific documentation as required
- Analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement action plans for continuous improvement for the accounts
- Responsibility for ensuring data quality standards and remediation
- Support of account and client meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Assist with user access management and ensuring account maintains proper controls
- Manage the JLL Corrigo work order process and systems and associated data platform, as it specifically relates to performance management / reporting and maximizing Corrigo capability
- Responsible for production of monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc account reporting. Reports include work order activity, scheduled maintenance, service level compliance, labor reporting, project reporting, incident reporting and training
- Serve as a point of contact for the account team for specific CMMS systems related questions, support issues, and gathering requirements
- Provide new user training, advanced user training and new feature training to the account and client staff as required
- Address requests and escalations within account SLA as appropriate. Regularly review system workflow to satisfy new and existing business needs within the capabilities of existing systems; configure, document, and deploy solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while demonstrating exceptional time management and delivering high-quality work within deadlines
- Perform other duties as requested in support of the JLL account team

Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent experienceMinimum 3-5 years' experience managing CMMS / work order applications, Performance Management, Data and AnalyticsExpert proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (formulas, data analysis, automation), Word, and PowerPoint (develop and update presentations / guides following client and / or JLL standards)Strong technical, analytical, and critical thinking skills with process orientation and data-driven approachProficiency using Smartsheet or similar collaborative applications preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present confidently to all levels of leadershipSuperior customer service skills and ability to maintain professionalism under pressureSelf-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to work independently and collaboratively under demanding deadlinesComfortable working remotely with strong digital communication skills (email, instant messaging, web meetings, MS Teams)Northern California-based and required to work Pacific Coast Time Zone hoursAbility to travel as neededEstimated compensation for this position : $100,000.00 $110,000.00 USD per year
