Your Role

• Transform inbound Zillow Flex leads into active buyers and sellers.
• Conduct consultations and property tours for both buyers and sellers.
• Manage client communications and transactions using our CRM and other tools.
• Engage in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and accountability coaching.
• Collaborate with our dedicated inside sales and transaction coordination team.
