Data Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Data Engineering Manager who will lead a team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of the data platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of data engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data solutions that meet user needs

Architect, build, and maintain data infrastructure for reliability and performance

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

7+ years of experience in Data Engineering with a focus on complex data solutions

5+ years of hands-on programming experience in Python

4+ years of experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure

Proven leadership experience managing data engineering teams and projects
