Pediatric opening with a private group only 45 minutes to Charlotte NC. You will join 5 other physician partners and other RNs, CMAs, CNAs and certified coders. Each physician is assigned 1 RN and CMA / CNA daily. This organization was established in 1973. Moderate complexity lab staffed by 2 CMAs. Patient centered, team oriented, and quality driven. Staff members are valued, physicians work very hard with the balance of importance of family time and self-care.

1 : 6 call rotation - telephone consults. 55% Medicaid, 20% private insurance, 20% commercial, 5% self-pay. Hiring to replace a physician who left our practice in April 2023 to pursue a direct primary care model with fee for service through a monthly membership Partnership opportunity is possible after 2 year employment contract 2 year employment contract then potential for offer of partnership $20,000 bonus paid at contract signing, $40,000 after year one, $60,000 paid at the end of year two to act as a sign on bonus and assist with student loan repayment.
