Pay :  $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Position Type : Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt

Salary Range : In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors like relevant work experience, skills, education, certifications, etc.

Location : Colorado Springs, CO (On-Site)

Additional Compensation : This position is eligible for commission-based compensation in addition to the base salary.

The Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan construction projects for various clients. The ideal candidate must work well in a team environment and understand the importance of collaboration, foster effective communication, enjoy meeting new people, streamline completion of tasks, negotiate best value pricing, and be able to manage multiple projects.
