Quality Control Processor

A company is looking for a Quality Control Processor to maintain the accuracy and integrity of mortgage documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate and manage re-verification requests within the ACES Quality Control software system

Order and validate QC credit reports to confirm borrower credit accuracy

Manage the process of ordering appraisal field reviews and facilitate rebuttals when necessary

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum 5 years of mortgage industry experience in a Quality Control or Processing role

Proficiency in computer systems and software; comfortable learning new technology quickly

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
